    This is a 3-4 month contract assignment with a client of ours located in Earth City, MO. The job will be FULLY ONSITE

    Description

    The Customer Experience Support Associate performs diverse administrative tasks in support of Customer Experience Center activities. Job functions include a variety of routine and some non-routine clerical and phone related job functions. Consultants will make outgoing phone calls to dealerships and service companies, handling customer requests, cancellation requests, and entering data and invoices into the systems the team uses (Mainframe, Salesforce Service Cloud)

    Job Duties:

    • Data entry

    • Processing payoffs

    • Title work processing

    • Calling customers, dealers, service providers and DMVs

    • Account maintenance (ie Extensions/Due Date processing, demographic updates, etc)

    • Processing Financial Change Notices/Check Requests

    • Handling customer requests

    • Invoice Processing

    Shift:

    + Hours are flexible from 7-4, or 7-3:30, with either a 30 minute or hour lunch. Fully onsite M-F.

    + 5 full days of training in a classroom setting, including shadowing and training within their systems (Mainframe, Salesforce Service Cloud). They will then work independently.

    Qualifications

    + 1-3 years of working in clerical or call center environment

    + Strong Data Entry skills

    + Handling Outgoing phone calls

    + Familiar with Microsoft office applications

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.
