THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION (16-24 HOURS PER WEEK)

This is an exciting opportunity to continue to develop and leverage your analytical skills. This position will have an opportunity to improve the ITSM support organization. The Analyst will be responsible for supporting our end users and keeping a strong focus on maintaining support processes. Our expectations are that this individual will identify and remediate support trends on an ongoing basis. This position will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with the global peer team members and key business customers while implementing the Global Technology Services strategy.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Must have experience supporting MacOS, MacBook, iMacs, Microsoft Office 365, Windows 11 OS in an onsite support role

- Experience supporting these applications are a plus - Kandji, ServiceNow, Teams

- Must have at least 3+ years of experience providing end user support

-Must have experience supporting conference room equipment (Logitech MTRs) and executive meetings

- Must have very strong communication skills - will interact with and assist with executives.

- 3 month initial contract

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
