Are you a people person who thrives in a dynamic environment? We’re looking for a Customer Service Rep to be the friendly voice behind our automotive service experience!

In this role, you’ll:

+ Handle 80–100 inbound calls daily, helping customers with their vehicle service needs

+ Schedule appointments and ensure a smooth, hassle-free experience

+ Make outbound calls to follow up and keep guests informed and satisfied

+ Keep customer records up-to-date in our internal system

+ Deliver top-tier customer service that leaves a lasting impression

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
