About the Role

We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic and supportive team in a modern office environment. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling vehicle service appointments, and providing top-tier customer support.

Key Responsibilities

+ Answer 80–100 inbound calls daily

+ Schedule service appointments for customers

+ Make outbound follow-up calls post-appointment

+ Update customer records in internal systems

+ Deliver exceptional customer service

Qualifications

+ Minimum 2 years of customer service experience

+ High school diploma or GED

+ Strong communication and organizational skills

+ Ability to work every other Saturday (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)

Preferred Experience

+ 6+ months in a call center environment

+ 6+ months in a dealership setting (e.g., Walser, Morrie’s, CarMax, etc.)

Shift Details

Two-week rotation:

Week 1:

Monday–Friday | 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Week 2:

Monday–Friday | 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (with one weekday off: Tue/Wed/Thu)

Saturday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
