We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Senior Technical Program Manager to lead a high-impact initiative focused on VDI Access across two enterprise environments. You will own the end-to-end program lifecycle—from inception to steady-state—coordinating across technical teams, help desk operations, and external partners.

*Only apply if you have experinecing as a Program Manager managing End User Computing projects such as VDI, device management, end points, etc*

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale, multi-workstream IT programs specifically in End User Computing (VDI, device management, end points, etc)

• Proven track record in delivering Digital Support Technology implementations.

• Deep expertise in program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and portfolio-level planning.

• Strong technical proficiency with VDI and end-user computing

• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills; adept at navigating competing priorities and constraints.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• 15+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 7 years in a senior or lead role.

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Asana).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $95.00/hr.
