    Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

     

    Pay Rate: $16.00–$18.00/hour

     

    Contract Type: Contract-to-Hire (6 months)

     

    Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

    Overview:

    We’re seeking Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join a fast-paced support team for an Automated Traffic Safety Enforcement program. This role is ideal for individuals who are fluent in English and Spanish, have strong communication skills, and thrive in a structured, customer-facing environment.

    Responsibilities:

    + Handle inbound calls from citizens regarding parking violations

    + Provide accurate information and resolution in a professional and empathetic manner

    + Perform data entry, document verification, and assist with payment processing

    + Navigate multiple computer applications confidently

    + Maintain clear and concise documentation of customer interactions

    + Uphold a high level of attentiveness and professionalism onsite

    Qualifications:

    + Fluent in English and Spanish

    + High school diploma or GED

    + Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, including 1 year in a call center

    + Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

    + Typing speed of at least 30–35 WPM

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office

    + Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

    Work Environment & Expectations:

    + Onsite attendance and punctuality are critical

    + Must be fully attentive during shifts, including breaks

    + Calls are monitored for quality assurance

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
