    What You’ll Do

    + Welcome patients and guide them through check-in/check-out processes

    + Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to inquiries

    + Accurately document insurance, payment, and personal information

    + Enter patient demographics into the system

    + Handle clerical tasks and manage paperwork

    + Communicate vital information to medical staff across departments

    Work Environment

    + Onsite at three nearby facilities in Dublin, Pleasanton, and Livermore

    + Rotating between Emergency, Urgent Care, and Lab Radiology departments

    + Monthly schedule with 4 days off per 14-day pay period

    + Variable shifts between 6:45 AM – 10:00 PM | Schedule provided 2 weeks in advance

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $35.00/hr.
