Description

To be considered for this role, candidates must have at least one year of experience working in a call center environment. All industry backgrounds are welcome.

Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) serve as the frontline and public image of the organization. In this role, CSRs will handle a variety of responsibilities, including:

Managing incoming and outgoing phone calls

Performing general clerical duties and data entry

Processing photo ID requests

Responding to customer inquiries and service requests

Providing receptionist and administrative support

equired: Minimum of 1 year of call center experience

Preferred: Experience managing high call volumes (approximately 80 calls per day)

Familiarity with automatic dialer systems (calls are back-to-back)

Must have a dedicated, quiet workspace

Internet speed of at least 30 Mbps (no hotspots; test via FAST.com)

Full availability for an uninterrupted 8-hour shift solely dedicated to supporting members

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $14.00 - $14.00/hr.
