*Overview* The Business Operations Manager provides staff support for systems used to support campus business services. These include the package tracking and distribution system, the university gas card program, asset tagging and tracking program. Assist the university vehicle fleet with planning, procurement, and record keeping. Assist with surplus property disposition and documentation. Assist with oversight of campus copier program, including vendor, customer and user support coordination. Assist with budgeting, accounting and accounts payable for mail services, copy center, copier program, fuel card program, vehicle fleet. Assisting the Clippercard program operations, marketing, and administrative functions. Assist drafting and updating policies and procedures documentation, including content posted on university websites. Bachelor's degree in Business Administrations, Information Systems, or a related field. 2. Three years of experience working in a complex organization such as a university, health care, or government organization preferably in business or logistics operations. 3. Two years of managerial and supervisory experience. 4. Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and workflows, along with proficiency in financial tracking, reporting, and reconciliations. 5. Experience developing systems and processes that are efficient and scalable. 6. Skilled at assessing needs and building streamlined systems that enhance coordination and effectiveness. 7. Experience developing reports and communication materials. *Preferred Qualifications* 1. Knowledge and experience routinely working with a variety of hosted vendor solutions, to perform duties. 2. Experience using a variety of smart phones, laptop, tablet/iPad and desktop computer, capable of capturing data while on the move around campus. 3. Routine and proficient user of apps and business applications e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint. 4. Knowledge of and experience with Massachusetts public procurement regulations and processes. *Working Location* This is an onsite position in Salem, MA with on-campus, in-person responsibilities, which may require occasional work on evenings and weekends.
