    + Tuesday–Friday: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM, Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

    + Monday–Friday: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM

    + Flexibility to work either schedule is required.

    Position Overview

    We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our high-volume call center team. This role is critical in supporting our pharmacy operations by managing non-clinical customer inquiries and ensuring timely medication delivery and payment coordination.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Serve as the primary contact for inbound calls related to prescription status, billing, and general inquiries.

    + Schedule medication deliveries and process payments, ensuring accurate profile updates for successful distribution.

    + Provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries or routing calls to appropriate departments.

    + Document concise progress notes to support workflow transparency and referral tracking.

    + Utilize internal systems to verify insurance, provide shipment updates, and issue invoices upon request.

    + Address patient concerns during refill scheduling and escalate clinical questions to pharmacists or nurses.

    + Identify and report adverse events (AEs) and product complaints (PCs) to clinical staff to ensure patient safety.

    + Perform additional duties as assigned, based on team or program needs.

    • Required Qualifications

    + Minimum of 1 year experience in a high-volume call center environment.

    + Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

    + Proficiency in using management information systems and documenting interactions.

    The pay range for this position is $20.40 - $20.40/hr.
