As a Strategic Account Executive, you’ll lead strategic engagements with K–12 customers to identify their needs and align them with Microsoft’s integrated security, compliance, identity, and AI solutions. You’ll guide customers through their digital transformation journey—demonstrating how Microsoft’s security and cloud platform, infused with AI and automation, can protect their digital estate, streamline operations, and empower their workforce. Your role will be central to helping customers achieve their potential through Microsoft technologies. You’ll be part of a high-performing team focused on Microsoft’s Strategic K-12 Education customers, aligning with their priorities, and driving the day-to-day execution of ours. You’ll collaborate across internal teams and partners to deliver impactful experiences, generate pipeline, and close deals that deliver measurable outcomes. With a deep understanding of the Education sector’s unique challenges, you’ll help customers safeguard their digital ecosystems while unlocking new ways of working through AI. Be a Thought Leader: Stay ahead of industry trends, leverage deep expertise to influence strategic decisions, and position yourself as a trusted advisor by delivering innovative solutions that align with the goals of K-12 organizations Qualifications Required Qualifications: + Master's Degree in Business Administration AND 2+ years experience working in Sales, Account Management, or a related OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field AND 3+ years experience working in Sales, Account Management, or a related field + Experience driving results in complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments. + Experience in leading cross functional virtual and diverse teams and navigating complex partner ecosystems. Preferred Qualifications: + Sales or account management experience, ideally working with K-12 or Public Sector organisations. + Demonstrated passion for social impact through though previous roles, leadership, or purpose-driven initiatives. Account Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $107,600 - $187,500 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $145,600 - $205,600 per year.
