You will drive remediation activities by partnering closely with IT, cloud, and application owners to ensure vulnerabilities are resolved efficiently and in alignment with business risk. Key Responsibilities: + Coordinate and track remediation of vulnerabilities identified industry standard Vulnerability Management tools + Maintain oversight of remediation tickets, SLA adherence, and escalations + Facilitate communication between the security team and remediation owners across business units + Govern the vulnerability exception process, including documentation and review cadences + Support regular metrics and dashboard updates for the Vulnerability Review Board + Provide feedback to the VulnOps team on recurring issues, tooling gaps, and remediation delays + Assist in defining workflows and procedures for effective vulnerability response + Engage with external consultants and technical service providers to support escalated investigations, penetration tests, red team exercises, and readiness assessments. + Additional responsibilities as assigned by the CISO to support strategic and operational cybersecurity initiatives. Education: + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field (Desired) + Associate degree or equivalent work experience in a technical field (Preferred) Years and Type of Experience + 3+ years in IT security, infrastructure, or vulnerability management (Desired) + 2+ years with demonstrated experience coordinating patching or remediation with IT/Cloud teams (Preferred) Knowledge: + Understanding of vulnerability types (CVEs, CVSS), remediation processes, and patch management + Familiarity with industry standard Vulnerability Management tools + Working knowledge of IT operations (e.g., system administration, cloud platforms, networking) + Exposure to ITSM workflows, including ticketing and change management systems Skills: + Strong coordination and follow-through to track and escalate remediation + Ability to read technical findings and translate them into business actions + Proficient in using dashboards or reporting tools to communicate status + Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders Abilities: + Prioritize remediation based on risk, asset criticality, and business impact + Collaborate with diverse teams across infrastructure, cloud, and application domains + Work independently and escalate issues when needed to meet SLAs + Manage multiple concurrent remediation efforts across different environments Language Requirements: + English – Advanced (C1 or higher) required + Additional language skills are considered an advantage, especially in support of global operations Dentsply Sirona is an Equal Opportunity employer.
