    Microsoft is seeking a talented and experienced **Principle Product Manager** to join our dynamic team focused on building advanced AI agents for sales organizations.     Responsibilities

    + Define and drive the product vision and strategy for AI agents that empower sales teams in prospecting, deal management, customer success, and account management.

    + Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, and sales stakeholders to deliver high-impact AI solutions.

    + Develop and prioritize product roadmaps, features, and enhancements based on customer needs and business objectives.

    + Define, monitor, and analyze AI evaluation metrics to ensure product effectiveness and continuous improvement.

    + Lead the development of AI prototypes, leveraging code generation tools and frameworks to rapidly iterate and validate concepts.

    + Gather and synthesize user feedback, market research, and industry trends to inform product decisions.

    + Ensure compliance with Microsoft’s responsible AI principles and best practices throughout the product lifecycle.

    + Communicate product vision, requirements, and progress to leadership and cross-functional teams.

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development

    + OR equivalent experience.

    + At least 2 years focused on AI or machine learning products.

    + Demonstrated ability to define AI evaluation methodologies and success metrics for product features.

    + Proven experience building prototypes using AI code generation and related technologies.

    + Solid analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

    + Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in cross-functional, agile teams.

    + Track record of shipping complex, customer-facing products at scale.

    + Familiarity with responsible AI practices, privacy, and compliance considerations.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development

    + OR equivalent experience.

    + 4+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework).

    + 6+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn).

    + 6+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product).

    + Expertise in CRM systems and sales processes (e.g., prospecting, lead management, opportunity management, customer success).

    + Experience working with sales organizations or building products for sales teams.

    + Advanced degree in a relevant field.

    + Experience with Microsoft Azure AI services or similar enterprise AI platforms.

    + Solid understanding of the latest trends in AI, machine learning, and automation in the sales domain.

     

    Product Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.
