The Microsoft 365 Growth + Experiences FastTrack team is looking for a thoughtful, analytical, high energy **Senior Product Manager** to build the next generation of Microsoft 365 Onboarding and Adoption Experiences. You will help transform existing deployment experiences into personalized, automated AI-powered onboarding services for all customers.
As a **Senior Product Manager** for this business, you will lead, innovate, partner with engineering teams and drive development and execution for customer self-service in-product experiences while improving customer and partner satisfaction during a customer’s journey in the M365 cloud.
This position is based at the Redmond campus with 3 days per week work in the office and 2 days per week work from home. Relocation assistance is available.

Responsibilities
+ Serve as an experience owner across our in-product experiences focusing on onboarding and adoption, providing strategic roadmap development and execution.
+ Create and foster relationships with stakeholders and executives to drive strategy, orchestration, and integration efforts across partner business and engineering teams.
+ Maintain consistently high customer and partner satisfaction (NSAT/PSAT/CSAT).
+ Manage customer and partner onboarding programs within expected timeframes and costs while continually driving increased effectiveness.
+ Use Copilot, Agents, Azure Machine Learning and etc AI technologies to Build and Operationalize Predictive Models and Predictive Analytical Measurements to personalize digital customer experiences.
+ Define and Maintain Measurement & KPIs across solutions and funnels to generate and prioritize data-driven roadmaps.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in technical product/program management
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 2+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
+ 2+ years experience enabling customers with Industry Cloud Services, such as Microsoft cloud services.
+ Industry experience with any of the following: Artificial Intelligence (AI), Large Language Models (LLM), natural language processing (NLP) technologies, Azure Machine Learning, Copilot or Copilot Agents to deliver impactful customer-facing products.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
+ **Microsoft Cloud Background Check** : This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Solid analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision making, with a focus on measuring and optimizing product performance.
+ Experience landing recommendations and priorities across organizational boundaries and multiple stakeholder personas (ex: customers, partners, executives).
+ Passion to improve our customer’s onboarding experience with Microsoft 365.
Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
