    DESCRIPTION:

    Duties: Design and implement end-to-end marketing solutions. Implement seamless integrations ensuring efficient data exchange to send real-time communications to end customers. Develop personalized dynamic content and build responsive email templates to make sure it complies with CAN-SPAM Act including proper use of opt-out mechanisms, accurate sender information and legal compliance. Develop scalable solutions and create custom objects, fields, page layouts, process builder, validation rules and automated workflows to meet the business requirement. Manage and execute Salesforce deployments by creating packages and coordinating the release of customizations, configurations, and code changes across lower and production environments, ensuring adherence to best practices for version control and testing. Develop and optimize serverless applications to build resilient data processing pipelines, aligning with multi cloud strategy. Design and implement comprehensive monitoring and logging solutions to ensure real-time visibility into application stability, performance and security. Work in an Agile development environment to create user stories, host stand-up meetings, and attend all scrum calls including Sprint Retrospective and Sprint Planning related to Agile methodology to achieve technical proficiency.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, Project Manager, Software Developer, Senior Engineering Lead, or related occupation.

     

    Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following: Coding in AMPscript and Server-side JavaScript to create dynamic and personalized content in Email Studio and Content Builder; performing complex data operations by creating triggers, batch jobs, and classes with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components, while enhancing user interfaces with modular components and managing Salesforce configurations including user permissions, sharing rules, workflows, and object settings; coding in AWS-supported languages including Python; using HTML and CSS for web development; managing and executing the end-to-end Salesforce deployment process including creating deployment packages and configurations across Development, UAT, and Production environments; working with REST API for designing and developing integrations including understanding HTTP methods, authentication, and error handling; designing and building customer journeys using Journey Builder including configuring entry sources, activities, and decision splits to create personalized, automated marketing campaigns; performing SMS crafting by considering character limits and optimizing delivery times, and designing effective push notifications with proper timing using Mobile Studio; using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud software platform for designing and developing interactive marketing solutions with advanced functionalities including Data Extensions for data management, Data Views for engagement analysis, and a Preference Center for subscriber preference management; designing and developing effective marketing solutions by using Contact Builder to organize customer information and Automation Studio to automate marketing tasks; performing efficient computing, storage, and data processing using AWS-supported languages including Python with cloud services; using AWS Step Functions with Lambda functions to read files from an S3 bucket, transform the data, and load it into a data lake; using HTML and CSS for web development to create responsive and accessible web designs that work seamlessly across different devices and browsers; and crafting SQL and SOQL queries for efficiently retrieving and manipulating data from relational databases and Salesforce platforms.
