    We are looking for:

    An Inventory Specialist as an integral member of the Inventory Team whose main focus is on providing support for Supply Chain Planning and Production areas. Inventory Specialist is responsible for managing raw material ordering from offsite storage locations, inventory creation/removal, manage inventory levels for chemicals and packaging as needed through process order consumptions, and transactional movement of inventory across locations. They must also work well independently and in a team environment, as well as be proficient in the use of basic office software, such as Microsoft Excel. Inventory Specialist will report to the Inventory Control Manager.

    We count on you for:

    + Manage on time ordering requests for raw materials from offsite storage locations.

    + Timely and accurate transactional movement of material in SAP.

    + Analyze inventory levels of packaging materials, cleaning chemicals, etc.

    + Consume material to process orders or adjust inventory levels through inventory management systems.

    + Provide cycle counting support to Inventory Manager and Operations personnel.

    + Manage SMOG disposal: Create tickets, assign disposal to appropriate groups, systematic removal of inventory, and update tracking forms.

    You will bring:

    + Minimum of HS diploma with secondary education preferred.

    + 3+ years of related experience within manufacturing.

    + Working knowledge of Inventory Control procedures and tracking systems.

    + Solid understanding of Manufacturing Process Orders and requirements.

    + Strong problem solving, analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

    + Experience working with Inventory Management Systems and ERP; SAP preferred.

    + Proficient skills in the use of basic office software, such as Microsoft Excel, Word.

    + Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a very dynamic environment.

    + Detailed and solution oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    + Competitive salary and benefits package

    + The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $70,000 - 87,000 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.

    + 16, or more, weeks of maternity/paternity and co-parenting leave, according to local regulations.
