             Join the Wealth Management Solutions team as a Product Manager focused on the firm's Donor Advised Fund (DAF) product offering. This role is responsible for driving the strategy, design, and integration of new DAF product launches and features, with a particular emphasis on optimizing investment processes, trading execution, and enhancing the digital client experience. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, analytical, and adaptable leader with a strong background in capital markets, investment support, and product management. Candidates should possess excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, demonstrate strong communication abilities in both written and oral forms, and have experience contributing to strategy initiatives across teams and partners. A passion for digital and financial services is essential. Successful candidates will be expected to move up the learning curve quickly and contribute effectively to a fast-moving agenda. FINRA Series 7 and Series 63/66 licenses are required, and additional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or CMT are advantageous. Key Responsibilities: + Lead cross-functional teams to enhance operating models and create future-state value propositions for DAF products, focusing on trading, investment, and digital client experience. + Partner with digital product teams to develop and improve investment workflows, implementation, and client-facing features. + Manage projects from strategy development through agile implementation, with a focus on investment execution, asset servicing, and regulatory compliance. + Identify and analyze new product capabilities and features based on customer demand and market opportunities, especially in investment options. + Develop clear documentation, including use cases, product requirements, and wireframes to support UX design, technology development, and operations. + Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk to address regulatory exposure and ensure robust risk management in trading and investment activities. + Present executive updates on performance metrics, delivery status, and client/advisor feedback, emphasizing investment performance and trading efficiency. + Support go-to-market strategy and rollout of new investment-related offerings, ensuring seamless communication and positioning to clients, advisors, and stakeholders. + Identify and manage interdependencies across initiatives to ensure successful product launches. Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. + 7+ years of experience in financial services or strategy consulting, with a focus on wealth management, capital markets, or investment support. + 3-5 years of direct experience in trading, investment management, or related financial services roles. + FINRA Series 7 and Series 63/66 licenses required. + Additional certifications (CFA, CFP, CMT) are a plus. + Advanced skills in data analytics, Excel, PowerPoint, and problem solving. + Exceptional communication and collaboration skills; able to influence stakeholders at all levels. + Proven ability to perform under pressure, multitask, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment. + Experience in large-scale project planning and product management. + Passionate about digital innovation, diversity & inclusion, and delivering industry-leading financial solutions.
