    Compensation and Schedule for the Billing** **Customer Service Representative

    Billing Customer Service Representative – Full-time, onsite, $18-$20 per hour, Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm OR 8:00am to 4:30pm. Excellent opportunity with the largest women's health group in the Valley!

    Required Qualifications of the Billing** **Customer Service Representative

    **-** 1+ years of recent medical billing experience required

     

    - High school diploma or GED required

     

    - Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen

     

    Responsibilities of the Billing** **Customer Service Representative

     

    - Answer incoming calls from billing patients

     

    - Answer patient questions about claims

     

    - Act as liaison between the front office and external RCM company

     

    - Audit for billing errors
