In this leadership role you will be responsible for performing supervisory level oversight of the Nuisance Bar Unit. DESCRIPTION OF WORK The LCB Licensing Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating the accurate and timely reporting and evaluating of the activity in and around licensed establishments when reviewing licenses for renewal. You will work with the Nuisance Bar Unit Investigators, Specialists and Chief to formulate recommendations to assist the director of licensing, the PLCB legal team, and the board to determine the action necessary for the future of licenses under review. You will also ensure the staff of the Nuisance Bar Unit are adhering to all statutory, regulatory, and policy criteria governing licensed establishments under their review. Work Schedule and Additional Information: + Full-time employment + Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. + Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to four days a week, with one day per week in the Northwest Office Building in Harrisburg. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: + One year of experience as an LCB Licensing Specialist (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or + Six years of technical experience interpreting and applying statutes, program policies, or industry regulations; + An equivalent combination of experience and training.
