Northrop Grumman (NG) Defense Systems is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst for our Roy, Utah location. The successful candidate will report directly to the Facility Security Officer and will be charged with providing critical security support for Department of Defense (DoD) collateral and Special Access Program (SAP) contracts/activities. The selected candidate will provide daily support efforts to include and not limited to personnel security clearance processing, document control and accountability, physical security support to badge inputs for personnel access as well as alarm maintenance and response. Knowledge of DD254 contractual specification document requirements and details associated with varying statement of works will be critical for program success and management of all administrative actions. Activities will also include regular compliance inspection preparation and review. Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) must be generated, and actions monitored to ensure completion for any deficiencies noted in program areas. The candidate must effectively interface daily with the site FSO and Contractor SAP Security Officer (CSSO), government and contractor customers, NG program management and other NG engineering and functional staff. This position will additionally require collaborative team efforts with current security professional staff. The candidate must have a high degree of problem-solving skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision and should have some degree of knowledge of multi-level security procedures. The candidate must possess the ability to adapt to constantly changing demands and demonstrate the capability to take on new and unfamiliar tasks. Requirement to make some independent decisions, analyze problems, and provide focused solutions to management is essential. The ideal candidate will be team-oriented and possess the ability to work with others collaboratively in a professional and high-energy environment. Some travel may be required to support off-site activities and customer requirements. Responsibilities: + Serve as team lead for information security activities such as document control, shipping and receiving classified and drafting transportation plans + Provide Physical Security oversight (including combination changes and administration, working with contract security team, access control, intrusion detection system/alarm tests and response, and safe/container management) + Create security slides to brief at all levels, regularly and assist in planning and organizing security events + Support Business resiliency and contingency planning for the Crisis Management Team (CMT) + Support compliance of company and government Security regulations, polices, and procedures + Security updates within the Security Information Management System (SIMS) database and Defense Information System for Security (DISS) + Support clearance verification and visit requests for both DoD and SAP activities + Assist the site Industrial Security Team and programs as needed + Ability to maintain flexibility to deal with changing priorities and deadlines + Serve as alternate Top Secret Control Officer (TSCO) Basic Qualifications: + Must have a high school diploma or GED with at least 9+ Years of relevant experience; Bachelor’s degree with 5+ Years relevant experience ; Master’s degree with an additional 3 years of applicable work experience + Working knowledge of security tools and systems such as NISS, DISS, JADE, SIMS, Lenel + Working knowledge of the following standards/documents; 32 CFR part 117, NISP, ICDs, DoDI 5200 series, SEAD 3, SEAD 4, DD254s, etc. + Ability to work independently and follow projects through to completion + Self-starter with minimal supervision + This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD TS Security Clearance with Eligibility for SCI and SAP access + Current Active Secret clearance and US Citizen Preferred Qualifications: + Experience with Risk Management, Inventory Management, or Records Management + Experience working with Security Classification Guides (SCGs) + CDSE Industrial Security Training - FSO for Possessing Facilities certification, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), Intro to SAP, SAP Compliance, etc. + Familiarity with classified storage areas, alarm administration and accreditation actions necessary for classified area approvals + Experience completing compliance self-inspections and supporting formal Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency (DCSA) compliance inspections + Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies or Atlassian Suite tools such as JIRA or Confluence + Experience briefing large groups in-person Primary Level Salary Range: $78,700.00 - $118,100.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
