The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. This role will be based in Sunnyvale, CA, Mountain View CA, or San Francisco, CA. We are looking for an Emerging Talent (ET) Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This role will be a full life-cycle recruiter that will identify, screen, and hire qualified candidates for our various programs, including our software engineering internships and apprenticeship programs. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating a pipeline of best-in-class talent for LinkedIn through innovative outreach methods, nurturing this talent through various channels and preparing each candidate for our interview process, while providing exceptional service to our stakeholders. In addition, you will support ET projects and programs throughout the full candidate life cycle. Responsibilities: + Provide direction to your stakeholders and drive hiring plans for any assigned roles. + Own the recruiting cycle from end to end, including sourcing through various channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, Inclusivity Partnerships, hosted events, etc.), engaging prospects through prep, and helping usher candidates through the process. + Partner with other recruiters and programs managers to identify best practices throughout the hiring process and help drive efficiencies at each stage. + Create memorable experiences for our Entry-level Talent (ELTs) through various engagement opportunities like inclusivity partnerships, training and prep sessions, and their internship experience. + Proactively recruit entry-level talent to join the LinkedIn opportunities. + Work with hiring teams to provide guidance, expertise, collaboration and teamwork to hire the best talent for our teams. + Deliver against metrics and goals to provide consistent results and data-backed progress. + Elevate the candidate experience by adopting our “members first” company value. + Miscellaneous ET programs and projects including early engagement programs, internships, and other ad-hoc needs Basic Qualifications: + BA/BS degree in a related field or 3+ years of equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications: + 1+ years of full life-cycle Emerging Talent recruiting experience, from sourcing to closing candidates; utilizing HR Systems (ATS, CRM, data tools and dashboards, etc.). + 1+ years of experience in a recruiting, client-facing role. + Proven experience recruiting entry-level engineering talent in a competitive market. + Success sourcing passive technical entry-level talent (ELT) through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter. + Strong understanding of talent models, recruiting fundamentals, competitive market awareness and online/social media. + Knowledge and experience working with various stakeholders such as academic institutions, alumni associations and Inclusivity Partnerships. Ability to work with internal clients to develop and iterate best-in-class profiles to reflect the talent needs of the company. + Excellent communication, time management and negotiation skills. + Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). The pay range for this role is $90,000 to $146,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
