    Job Description

    Your Role as Our Program Powerhouse:

    + Champion a positive, nurturing environment that sparks growth and excitement for every child.

    + Spend time in classrooms, assessing and coaching teachers to elevate their skills and impact.

    + Collaborate with educators to craft developmentally appropriate curricula that kids adore.

    + Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of teachers through trainings, onboarding, and budgeting for classroom supplies.

    + Act as the vital link between staff and management, sharing ideas, suggestions, and concerns to drive success.

    + Document and share heartwarming milestones with parents, keeping them connected to their child’s journey.

    What Makes You Our Program Pro:

    + EEC Lead Teacher Certification - Toddler and Preschool

    + Minimum 2 years’ experience in a preschool classroom.

    + Meets state Toddler and Preschool Lead Teacher requirements.

    + At least 1 year of experience managing programs or leading others.

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + At least 18 years old.
