Job Title: Site Specialist II

How will you make an impact?

+ Leverage communication skillset to support team members and key clients

+ Drive excellence through clear communication, scientific teamwork, service scope expansion, SLA adherence, development of business metrics, and team management

+ Champion innovation and practical process improvement in the program

Responsibilities

+ Inventory Management

+ Stockroom / POU management, dispensing of product, and follow direction / coordination of affiliated stockroom activities.

+ Perform on-site program replenishment's and disbursements.

+ Perform stockroom duties to include receiving, put-away, stock rotation, cycle counts, and other functions according to customer requirements.

+ Remove cardboard and trash as needed (detrashing).

+ Deliver direct shipment orders to end users.

+ Sourcing/Order Management:

+ Perform order entry, order expediting, customer service call resolution, return goods authorization, processing of backorders.

How will you get here?

+ High School Diploma or GED required

+ Expert on GMP environment preferred

+ Proven excellence in developing customer relationships

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

+ Focus on laboratory safety and GXP compliance

+ Proficient verbal and written communication skills

+ Heightened attention to detail and ability to multi-task

+ Strong customer service
