    Job Summary

    We are seeking a Business Analysis Manager with 9 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Business Analysis & Planning Domain-Industry Knowledge Business Consulting Skills and ESG Assessment & Reporting. This role involves working in a hybrid model with a focus on day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving business strategies and ensuring effective planning and execution.

    Responsibilities

    + Lead the business analysis efforts to identify and define business requirements and solutions.

    + Oversee the planning and execution of business strategies to achieve organizational goals.

    + Provide insights and recommendations based on thorough analysis of industry trends and market conditions.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of business strategies.

    + Conduct ESG assessments and reporting to support the companys sustainability initiatives.

    + Develop and implement business consulting strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

    + Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.

    + Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate business needs.

    + Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all business activities.

    + Support the development of business cases and feasibility studies for new initiatives.

    + Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented business strategies.

    + Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

    + Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business processes and outcomes.

    Qualifications

    + Possess strong expertise in Business Analysis & Planning and Domain-Industry Knowledge.

    + Demonstrate proficiency in Business Consulting Skills and ESG Assessment & Reporting.

    + Experience in Investment Banking Operations and Investment Banking & Brokerage is a plus.

    + Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

    + Show strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

    + Proven track record of successful project delivery in a business analysis role.
