    Position: Behavior Technician (BT) – ABA Therapy

    Locations: Antioch | Pittsburg | Brentwood

    Schedule: Part-Time (3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.)

     

    Setting: Hybrid – In-Home & In-Center

As a Behavior Technician (BT), you'll provide one-on-one ABA therapy, helping clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills—all while receiving comprehensive training, mentorship, and career growth opportunities.

    What You'll Do

    + Provide individualized ABA therapy in clients' homes and/or centers.

    + Follow treatment plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

    + Collect data, track client progress, and collaborate with families and supervisors.

    What We're Looking For

    + A genuine passion for working with children and helping them grow.

    + Experience in teaching, childcare, coaching, tutoring, or caregiving (a plus).

    + High school diploma or equivalent (college education preferred).

    + Valid driver's license, car insurance, and weekday afternoon/evening availability.

    + Ability to pass a background check; CPR/First Aid certification required (we can assist).

    What We Offer

    + $21/hr during training → $25–$28/hr after, based on experience and/or RBT status.

    + Paid training and full support to earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
