ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Associate CNO Software Developer** to join our team in Hanover, MD.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

+ Design and develop new hardware or software based CNO capabilities.

+ Assist with designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging of applications software and systems.

+ Apply knowledge of security concepts and networks.

+ Ensure software standards are met.

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent **OR** 4+ years of relevant experience without a BS degree.

+ Experience in Python and C/C++ programming.

+ Troubleshooting / debugging experience.

+ Experience with networking (TCP/IP) and socket level programming.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Understand CNO development concepts.

+ Software Analysis/Reverse Engineering experience.

+ Understand assembly programming concepts.

+ Unit Test experience.

+ Experience using Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, Crucible)

+ Ability to handle stress and work well under pressure.

+ Analytical and Critical Thinking Skills.

Security Clearance Requirements:

+ Current, active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.

Physical Requirements:

+ Ability to remain stationary for extended periods (50% of the time) and operate computer equipment and office machinery.

+ Regular communication with co-workers, management, and customers.
