    AT A GLANCE

    RVO Health is seeking a **Clinical Marketing Manager** to help advance our mission of improving health and wellbeing for everyone. In this role, you will drive enrollments for our **Wellos** product through B2B2C and D2C acquisition marketing strategies, highlighting the product’s clinical value to prospective members, healthcare providers, employer clients, and other stakeholders.

     

    You’ll develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns, primarily through email and partner channels. This role will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Tech, Finance, and Operations to deliver measurable enrollment growth. This includes owning results and projections, crafting compelling messaging and collateral, analyzing campaign performance, conducting market research, and ensuring brand consistency and compliance.

     

    The ideal candidate combines **clinical understanding** with **marketing expertise** , has experience in a healthcare or clinical setting, and is well-versed in the regulations governing clinical marketing. You are a creative, analytical strategist who thrives on experimentation, finds innovative ways to reach new members, and transforms data insights into impactful acquisition strategies.

     

    Where You'll Be

     

    To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on a hybrid in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our **South** **Charlotte, NC or Minneapolis, MN** office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

    What You’ll Do

    + Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive product-specific marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement through strategic briefs, presentations, and plans for end-to-end campaign execution, readout, and collaboration with partners.

    + Campaign Management: Own multi-channel, top and mid-funnel enrollment-driving marketing campaigns while maintaining brand standards, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing the approval process for all marketing materials.

    + Budget Management and Projection: Own and share campaign results, aligning pacing and actuals to projections, tracking opportunities and misses to ensure business alignment and growth.

    + Cross-Functional Collaboration: Influence creative, research, analysis, and project management teams to ensure the campaign vision aligns with the strategic approach.

    + Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders across RVO Health, Optum, and UnitedHealthcare to align on member marketing strategy, goals, materials and audience approaches.

    + Email Campaign Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in email campaign testing, learning, and robust analysis skills.

    + Messaging and Positioning: Craft compelling clinical and technical messaging to emphasize product value and establish differentiation from competitors.

    + Content Development: Create diverse marketing materials, including emails, toolkits, websites, presentations, and digital content tailored for top and mid-funnel audiences.

    + Data-Driven Marketing: Utilize data, insights and tools to research, develop, execute, measure and report on campaign performance, applying key learnings to inform future planning

    What We’re Looking For

    + Required: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

    + 3+ years of experience in consumer marketing. **Must have experience in a clinical marketing business**

    + Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously, as the accountable enrollment strategy owner

    + Expertise with top of and mid funnel marketing in traditional and digital marketing channels

    + Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization for cross-functional collaboration: Partner with sales, product, clinical, and legal teams to ensure alignment and support business.

    + Strong experience in data/analytics, ie (Microsoft Excel, Amplitude, Looker, Google Analytics) and leveraging data for testing and segmentation:

    + Strong understanding of the health marketing/advertising landscape or or another highly regulated industry

    + Excellent written and verbal communications skills

    + Creative and strategic thinking skills

    + Strong project management and organizational skills

    + Team player

     

    Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

     

    + Starting Salary: $64,500 - $90,000 _*Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience_
