Amergis Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking Behavioral Therapists (BTs) and Registered Behavioral Therapists (RBTs) for the 2025–2026 school year within the Orange County Unified School Districts. In this role, the Behavioral Therapist will:

+ Provide direct support to students requiring behavioral interventions.

+ Utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to manage maladaptive and aggressive behaviors.

+ Support students in staying on track with academic tasks, including homework and classwork.

+ Collaborate with school staff and supervisors to ensure students receive consistent and effective behavioral support.

+ Minimum 6 months of experience with ABA Therapy working with children, especially in Special Education settings

+ Minimum High School Diploma or College degree preferred

+ Full Time, Part Time, or On-Call Substitutes

+ Availability at least 2–5 weekdays per week (Full time & Part time)

+ Flexibility between 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
