    Summary You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the Rapid Mission Integration & Interoperability Department (MX), Maneuver, Surveillance, & Engagement Division (MXP), Mobility Systems Engineering Branch (MXPQ) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. The salary range shown above represents all of the positions within the band, including high grade positions. This is not a high grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-13 Step 10 (currently $137,000). Responsibilities You will be coordinating and evaluating logistics support feasibility and practicality, schedule management, knowledge and application of the concepts, principles, and practices of Integrated Logistics Support. You will identify risk associated to logistics, provisioning and programmatic execution, be familiar with program management financial, schedule, and configuration management, reporting status, and meeting requirements. You will work with tactical vehicle programs and enhancements and the aptitude to apply that knowledge for project and program success. You will meet with contractors, high-level managers, high-level military officers, high-ranking personnel, high-ranking sponsors, and engineers You will lead and advise a team on logistics and programmatic decisions, experience and understanding of tactical vehicle programs and enhancements and the aptitude to apply that knowledge for project and program success. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Position requires experience identifying, implementing, coordinating and providing oversight to projects and efforts within logistics and project management areas. This will involve, but is not limited to, the following tasks: coordinating and evaluating logistics support feasibility and practicality, schedule management, knowledge and application of the concepts, principles, and practices of Integrated Logistics Support, identification of risk associated to logistics, provisioning and programmatic execution, familiarity with program management financial, schedule, and configuration management, reporting status, and meeting requirements. The ability to work with a diverse team and help lead and advise them on logistics and programmatic decisions, experience and understanding of tactical vehicle programs and enhancements and the aptitude to apply that knowledge for project and program success. The position requires interfacing with Senior Level Personnel at NSWC Crane, MARCORSYSCOM, SOCOM and within multiple Program Offices on a regular basis. Meetings with contractors, high-level managers, high-level military officers, high-ranking personnel, high-ranking sponsors, and engineers are commonplace. Experience conveying written and verbal information in a clear, concise, organized, and convincing manner for the intended audience.
