    If you have 1–2+ years of hands-on ABA experience in school, clinic, or home settings, we want to connect with you. Amergis is hiring Behavior Technicians to join our school-based teams across Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, and nearby communities.

     

    In this role, you’ll be a vital part of a student’s day—helping them build confidence, communication, and independence through structured behavioral support. You’ll work alongside educators and clinical supervisors to deliver meaningful interventions that truly make a difference.

     
     

    + Provide direct 1:1 behavioral support to students in classroom settings

    + Implement ABA-based behavior intervention plans under supervision

    + Track and document student progress and behaviors ??

    + Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and BCBAs

    + Promote social, emotional, and academic growth

    + Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and structured learning environment ??

    ? What We’re Looking For

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + 1–2+ years of ABA experience (strongly preferred)

    + Pediatric experience in school, clinic, or home settings

    + CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

    + TB test or chest x-ray (per state requirements)

    + Must be at least 18 years old and meet all employment guidelines
