Behavior Technician – School-Based (Full-Time)

The Behavior Technician supports children with special needs by implementing educational and behavioral strategies across multiple school campuses. This in-person role involves working closely with educators and behavioral specialists to help students meet developmental goals, with a focus on reintegration into general education classrooms. Candidates must be adaptable, proactive, and comfortable managing challenging behaviors such as aggression, elopement, and mental health conditions.

Requirements:

+ High School diploma or equivalent

+ 2+ years pediatric experience preferred

+ CPR and TB screening (if applicable)

+ Must be 18+ and meet all regulatory requirements

Details:

+ Location: Multiple nearby campuses (minimal travel)

+ Schedule: Varies between 7 AM–4 PM; flexibility required

+ Caseload: Primarily Kindergarten and elementary student

+ Platform: EdPlan
