    Salary: $1170 / Week

     

    Modality: Special Education Teacher – STC (2nd–4th Grade)

     

    Pay Rate: $50/hour

     

    Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

     

    Interview Format: Virtual

     

    We are seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacherto lead a Structured Teaching Classroom (STC) for 2nd–4th gradestudents. This self-contained, multi-grade program is designed for students whoqualify for alternative state assessments and benefit from a highly structured,visual, and language-embedded learning environment.

    About the Role:

    + Deliver instruction using a modified curriculum aligned to grade-level standards

    + Support students with significant academic and developmental needs (typically functioning at or below 3rd/4th grade level)

    + Utilize strong routines, visuals, and embedded language strategies

    + Maintain accurate data collection for progress monitoring

    + Complete ARD paperwork and participate in ARD meetings

    Qualifications:

    + Required: Arizona Special Education Certificate (SPED CERT)

    + Experience working in structured, self-contained classrooms

    + Strong skills in behavior management and data-driven instruction

    District Onboarding Requirements:

    + Will be discussed after the interview
