School Aide – Monday to Friday Schedule

We’re hiring a School Aide to support students who need instructional or behavioral assistance. In this role, you’ll work under the guidance of special education staff and teachers to help students succeed in the classroom and beyond. You may also assist with mobility and therapeutic care needs as directed by licensed professionals.

Responsibilities

+ Support students with learning and behavioral goals

+ Follow guidance from teachers and special education staff

+ Assist with physical mobility and therapeutic care when needed

+ Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment

Requirements

+ High school diploma or equivalent (required)

+ Must follow all relevant professional standards of practice

+ Current CPR certification (if applicable)

+ TB screening: questionnaire, PPD test, or chest x-ray (if applicable)

+ Current health certificate (as required by contract or state)

+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

+ Must be at least 18 years old

This is a steady Monday through Friday position—ideal for someone who values consistency and wants to make a meaningful impact in a school setting.
