Minimum Qualifications Three years of experience in administrative services; OR Six years of full-time work experience in any field; OR A bachelor's degree. EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION: Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the six years of full-time work experience in any field. The maximum substitution allowed is 120 semester hours which substitutes for a maximum of four years of experience in any field. Job Duties and Other Information Job Duties: • Coordinate and oversee daily operations for assigned administrative functions to ensure efficiency and compliance. • Manage key operational areas such as Mail Operations, Printing, Telecommunications, Vehicle Management, or similar services based on organizational needs. • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory, purchasing, and records management systems. • Support facility operations by assisting with maintenance activities, safety protocols, and security procedures. • Participate in fiscal management duties including budgeting, payroll, payables, receivables, and financial tracking. • Assist with contracts and grant processes by maintaining documentation and supporting compliance requirements. • Collaborate with internal departments to support personnel administration and information technology needs. • Identify risks and support efforts in safety and risk management initiatives to protect staff, facilities, and resources. • Research and recommend improvements that enhance the effectiveness and cost-efficiency of assigned areas.
