As an Engagement Manager (EM), you will lead strategic Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) transformation programs for clients in aerospace, automotive, and manufacturing sectors. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end delivery, stakeholder engagement, and driving innovation across platforms such as Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault ENOVIA, and PTC Windchill. This is a high-impact role that blends technical expertise, program leadership, and client-facing strategy to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Your role

+ Lead PLM program delivery across multiple workstreams, including data migration, cutover, and deployment.

+ Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure sprint goals are consistently achieved.

+ Act as the primary liaison for client stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment across engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams.

+ Define and execute PLM transformation roadmaps that align with client business objectives.

+ Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.

+ Ensure compliance with industry standards such as AS9100 and ISO9001, as well as export control/ITAR regulations.

+ Manage cross-functional and transnational teams to meet quality, compliance, and delivery benchmarks.

Your skills and experience

+ 10–15 years of experience in PLM program management, ideally within consulting or OEM environments.

+ Proven ability to manage client relationships and navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.

+ Deep expertise in Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault ENOVIA, or PTC Windchill platforms.

+ Hands-on experience with PLM-ERP integration (SAP), MES systems (TrakSys), and Industry 4.0 technologies.

+ Strong command of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

+ Background in Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, Consumer-Packaged Goods, or Manufacturing sectors is preferred.

+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer, Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering.

+ PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are preferred.

+ Capgemini EM Certification (Foundation or higher) is required.
