Job Title: Junior Supply Chain Associate

    Division: Supply Chain

    Pay Rate: $24.50/hour

    Hello, we’re L’Oréal.

We’re not just building brands; we’re shaping how the world experiences beauty (and it takes a lot of cool jobs to do it). Intrigued? Keep reading—this might be the opportunity you’ve been searching for.

    A Day in the Life

At L’Oréal Operations, we create innovative, inclusive, and sustainable beauty together with our business partners by designing, developing, sourcing, manufacturing, and distributing over 6 billion products globally every year. Supporting over 36 brands across four L’Oréal divisions, we act responsibly all along the value chain.

As a Junior Supply Chain Associate, you’ll join a dynamic team in Streetsboro, OH, for a 12-month paid opportunity. This role is perfect for recent graduates (within the last 12 months) who are eager to build foundational knowledge in supply chain while learning the ins and outs of the beauty industry. You’ll work on challenging projects, collaborate with top talent, and gain exposure to senior executives—all while solving complex problems and optimizing ways of working through tech.

    Here’s what you’ll be doing:

+ Inventory Management & Planning: Manage inventory, forecasting, and order processes to ensure smooth operations.

+ Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

+ Special Projects: Take ownership of key initiatives and contribute to the team’s success.

+ Team Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain team members and reporting systems to gain hands-on experience.

    We Are Looking For

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

+ Have recently earned a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (0-2 years of experience).

+ Possess strong analytical skills (an engineering degree is a plus).

+ Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

+ Have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

+ Are a strong communicator with the ability to build cross-functional relationships.

+ Are self-motivated, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

+ Have a customer-service mindset and a high level of emotional intelligence.

    What’s In It For You

    + A competitive pay rate of $24.50/hour.

+ A place for you to leave your comfort zone and grow beyond your potential (here, you’ll be encouraged to try new things and take risks!).

+ Real responsibility from day one—there’s no sitting on the sidelines at L’Oréal.

+ An environment where people of every ethnicity, social background, age, religion, gender, and sexual orientation—as well as people with disabilities—are accepted, can speak up, will thrive, and are celebrated!

+ A place where you can contribute to something bigger! Many of our brands have societal and environmental causes to make a concrete difference.
