CTG is seeking a detail-oriented Disability Review Specialist to evaluate foster care case files for potential SSI childhood disability eligibility. This role involves reviewing medical, educational, and financial documentation, conducting caregiver interviews, and preparing submissions to SSA in compliance with federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Review and analyze case files to determine eligibility for SSI childhood disability.

+ Conduct interviews with caregivers regarding functional impact of disabilities.

+ Assemble medical/educational documentation and complete SSA forms.

+ Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality.

+ Participate in team meetings and provide professional support to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

+ Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret medical and educational information.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

+ Proficiency with document and data management systems.

+ Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, or related field preferred.

+ Experience in case review, disability evaluation, or related field preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position is up to $34.10/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
