Responsibilities:
+ Produce, update, and provide best practice support on complex Microsoft documents, databases, and other departmental systems, advising colleagues as needed and using expertise to help improve processes.
+ Prepare tailored letters, emails, and more complex reports and agendas and minutes of meetings for approval by a board-level executive.
+ Arrange venues, equipment, catering, accommodations, and travel for participants arriving from various locations to ensure the smooth running of medium-scale events.
+ Assign short-term work schedules to a team of subordinates in order to achieve expectations while following established timelines.
+ Execute a communications plan within established internal communication systems and procedures.
+ Create a company-wide document management system and ensure compliance with it.
+ Organize and prepare complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices, such as standard office software. Also responsible for gathering and summarizing data for special reports.
+ Provide operational support services and sometimes act as first-line supervisor of a transactional operations area. Involves using existing systems and protocols.
+ Help senior colleagues manage client and customer relationships by using relevant sales or client systems.

+ Manage basic aspects of the data management system with guidance from senior colleagues. This includes being responsible for developing or operating basic elements of the data management systems to deliver prescribed outcomes.
+ Perform a range of facilities management activities, either to support others or to achieve pre-established outcomes.

+ Uses an understanding of numerical concepts to perform mathematical operations such as report analysis without supervision and provides technical guidance when required.
+ Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on selecting, deploying and getting the best results from the most appropriate office system.
