    The Role

     

    This is a key position for someone who excels in legal drafting and case coordination. You’ll support attorneys on a variety of matters, manage important deadlines, and be deeply involved in preparing legal documents with a high level of precision.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Draft, edit, and finalize legal documents such as pleadings, contracts, motions, and correspondence

    + Organize and manage case files and maintain confidentiality

    + Schedule and coordinate hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings

    + Support attorneys with trial prep and attend hearings as needed

    + Communicate effectively with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel

    + Conduct legal research and assist with general case management

    Qualifications

    + Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Paralegal

    + Proven ability to draft legal documents accurately and professionally

    + Extremely organized and proactive in managing deadlines and priorities

    + Familiarity with Utah court systems and filing procedures is preferred

    + Comfortable using legal billing systems and office technology

    + Professional demeanor with strong written and verbal communication skills
