LSI seeks a Lead Program Supervisor for the Early Childhood program!
What You'll Do
Coordinates and supervises specific early childhood program activities; supervises volunteers and/or staff. The Lead Program Supervisor provides oversight to support home visitors, ensuring model fidelity, accurate data entry, and timely reporting. In addition, this role will provide support in managing purchases and voucher processes, maintaining compliance standards, and supporting the overall program operations to ensure quality service delivery and program performance.
What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree in health or human service-related field or education with a minimum of three years of experience, at least one year being in a supervisory role. Experience in home visitation preferred. Infant mental health endorsement is preferred but not required.
This position requires a valid driver's license, auto insurance, a good driving record and the ability to pass an extensive background check including checks of the Dependent Adult and Child Abuse registries, Sex Offender registry and a criminal history check.
