             You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location. In this role, you will impact the development of advanced hardware systems that support critical aerospace applications, contributing to the success and growth of Honeywell's aerospace technologies. Help to build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying, and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture. + Lead the design and development of advanced hardware systems for aerospace applications. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and adherence to quality standards. + Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance hardware performance and reliability. YOU MUST HAVE + Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics. + 5+ years of experience in hardware design and development. + Strong knowledge of hardware design principles and methodologies. + Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout tools, with experience in hardware testing and validation. + Experience with embedded systems and familiarity with relevant design tools and technologies. WE VALUE + Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. + Experience in the aerospace industry. + Strong leadership and team management skills. + Innovative mindset and a passion for technology. + Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
