             As a Machine Operator Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in operating and maintaining advanced machinery to ensure efficient production processes. You will be responsible for producing high-quality components while adhering to safety and quality standards. You will report directly to our Production Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our Danville, KY location onsite. In this role, you will impact the production efficiency and quality of our products, contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing operations and customer satisfaction. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES + Operate and maintain various types of machinery, ensuring optimal performance and safety. + Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards. + Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and timelines effectively. YOU MUST HAVE + Proven experience as a machine operator or in a similar role. + Strong knowledge of machining processes, particularly in sheet metal and laser operations. + Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. + Familiarity with quality control standards and safety regulations. + Proficiency in using various hand tools and measuring instruments. WE VALUE + Experience in sheet metal and laser operation. + Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. + Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines. + Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
