Managerial Clinical Laboratory at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, CA. This position is full-time and will work 8-hour, Day shifts.

Develops, directs, and coordinates laboratory policies and procedures for quality improvement, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, accreditation compliance and patient and employee safety. Provides leadership to achieve quality through continuous quality improvement and quality review. Collaborates in developing quality, regulatory, safety and point of care strategies within the Laboratory and /or service area.

Required Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's Degree Related field.

+ Upon hire: California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License California. Or

+ Upon hire: California Clinical Chemist Scientist License. Or

+ Upon hire: California Clinical Immunohematologist Scientist License. Or

+ Upon hire: California Clinical Microbiologist Scientist License. Or

+ Upon hire: California Clinical Toxicologist Scientist License. Or

+ Upon hire: California Clinical Cytogeneticist Scientist License. Or

+ Upon hire: California Clinical Genetic Molecular Biologist Scientist License. Or

+ Upon hire: California Clinical Hematology Scientist License. Or

+ Upon hire: California Clinical Histocompatibility Scientist License. Or

+ Upon hire: California Clinical Laboratory Scientist Biochemistry Special License.

+ Within 30 days of hire: California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization.

+ 3 years Sufficient experience in all areas of the laboratory.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Master's Degree.

+ 1 year Supervisory experience.
