The Global Network Development Manager oversee the global network evolution and the rollout of the New Store Concept strategy for our retail stores and trade businesses, ensuring optimal investment and maximizing sales opportunities. This is a critical role that requires a blend of strategic planning, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive our brand's global footprint and client experience forward.
**Location:** This position is in-person, with a hybrid schedule at our Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY.
Key Responsibilities:
Network Development & Strategy
+ Lead Network Evolution: Oversee global network evolution by defining a 3-year strategic plan, store missions, and typologies in collaboration with regional and market teams.
+ Optimize Investment: Ensure optimal capital expenditure (capex), FTE, and store size based on market potential and store mission.
+ Guide Investment Requests: Oversee the Retail Brief process, challenging business forecasts and ensuring seamless validation with Brand and Group leadership.
+ Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of network performance and maintain a business intelligence base to identify new business opportunities.
+ Communication coordination: ensure relevant stakeholders are aware of the latest opening dates to ensure proper set up and store readiness (IT, Assortment planning etc.)
Trade Management & Excellence
+ Sales Forecasting: Review and support monthly, quarterly, and annual budget plans based on sell-in, sell-out, and stock analysis.
+ Reach Sales Targets: Oversee the entire process from order management to invoicing to help regions achieve their monthly sales targets.
+ Implement Retail Programs: Establish and harmonize Trade procedures and standards to drive a luxury retail experience.
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other internal teams, such as Merchandising, Finance, and Logistics, to align Trade strategies with overall business goals.
+ Team Leadership: Animate the global Trade community, sharing best practices and inspiring teams.
The hiring range for this position ranges from $122,485 - $172,920. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience. Management is also eligible for bonus.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
+ Minimum of 5 years of prior experience in an analytical role.
+ Proven ability to work with complex data and transform it into actionable insights.
+ Highly proficient in Excel with advanced knowledge of MS Office.
+ Strong experience with reporting and Business Intelligence (BI) projects, particularly with Power BI.
+ Exceptional strategic, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
+ Proactive, results-driven, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
+ An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to think creatively and present executive-level recommendations.
+ Experience in the luxury retail sector is highly desirable.
