    Job Summary

    The Business Operations and Project Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting high-level operations, with a strong focus on managing the CaterXpert platform, coordinating strategic projects, and ensuring seamless administrative execution. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with exceptional organizational and communication skills, ideally with experience in catering, hospitality, or business administration.

    Essential Functions

    + Lead and manage CaterXpert platform operations, including administrative duties and special project coordination.

    + Oversee daily administrative tasks such as reporting, database management, and operational documentation.

    + Train associates on CaterXpert usage and provide ongoing troubleshooting and support.

    + Support special projects by compiling, editing, and presenting documents and presentations.

    + Conduct research and compile data to develop detailed reports and presentations.

    + Design and implement internal processes to enhance operational efficiency.

    + Plan and execute company events and meetings with meticulous attention to detail.

    + Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

    + Perform additional duties as assigned to support business operations.

    • Required Proficiencies

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

    + Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

    + Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.

    + Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

    + Proven time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

    + Analytical thinking and effective problem-solving capabilities.

    + Ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure.

    + Flexibility to adapt to evolving responsibilities and priorities.

    • Education&Experience

    + Associate degree or equivalent experience in Food Service Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration (preferred).

    + Minimum of 4 years of industry experience in a related professional area.

    + Proficiency in CaterXpert (training available for the right candidate).

    + Experience in catering, events, or culinary operations is a plus.

    + Ability to interpret and execute instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.

    + Capable of resolving problems involving multiple variables in standardized situations.
