This role involves daily communication with nursing leadership, proactive scheduling, and responsiveness to staffing changes. Key Responsibilities: + Coordinate and maintain daily and weekly nursing staff schedules + Manage call-ins, shift changes, and open position coverage + Assist with onboarding and orientation of new nursing team members + Communicate staffing updates to nursing supervisors and department heads + Support recruitment activities to ensure adequate staffing levels + Track attendance, scheduling trends, and staffing metrics + Provide excellent customer service to team members and supervisors Paycom experience a plus!If you are organized, personable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and resident care come first, we invite you to join our team.
