We are seeking a **Director, Identity and Access Management** to develop and oversee the IAM strategy, ensuring only authorized individuals have access to company’s systems and data. The IAM Director plays a crucial role in safeguarding the organization’s digital assets. By managing user identities and access privileges, the IAM Director helps maintain security and integrity of the organization’s information infrastructure. The **IAM Director** will direct a group of managers and staff managers as they oversee the IAM programs. Responsibilities: + Develop and execute the IAM Strategy, vision, and roadmap in collaboration with the CISO/DCISO. + Manage and oversee the administration and management of IAM tooling. + Stay current with Identity & Access Management trends. + Hire, lead, mentor, and grow a team of IAM professionals (exempt and non-exempt). + Manage the IAM programs: IGA, PAM, SSO, MFA, and Access Management/Provisioning. + Oversee the IAM Lifecycle Management. + Develop and maintain the IAM Policy, standards, and governance. + Cross-functional Collaboration with top management and executives in the design and development of IAM policies and procedures. + Understand and mitigate IAM risks and oversee compliance. + Ensure adherence to financial plan of IAM projects and tools. + Support audit, regulatory, and SOX exams related to identity governance administration. Qualifications: + 10+ years of experience in information security techniques, processes, and procedures, or information technology. + Senior managerial, motivational, budgeting, and project management experience required. Experience managing a team of managers is preferred. + In-depth knowledge of IAM security and technology functions. Deep knowledge of IGA, PAM, SSO, MFA and Access Management is preferred. + Solid knowledge of security risk and governance policies, processes, and procedures. + Exceptional client relationship, decision-making, problem resolution, and communication skills. + Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interact effectively at various levels of management and staff. + Advanced knowledge of Cybersecurity policies/procedures, state and federal laws/regulations, and common information security management frameworks. + Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred. + CISSP, CISM or similar Cybersecurity certification is preferred. Work Location: This position is fully in office (5 days a week) at the Zions Technology Center - 7860 South Bingham Junction Blvd, Midvale, UT 84047 The Zions Technology Center is a 400,000-square-foot technology campus in Midvale, Utah.
