             Overview Intuit SMB MediaLabs is a first-of-its-kind B2B media network focused solely on small businesses, powered by the unmatched 1st party business data of QuickBooks. By leveraging Intuit's data, SMB MediaLabs provides an evolved data layer for marketers to launch B2B targeted campaigns with extreme accuracy and efficiency. The Group GTM Marketing Manager will be a seasoned leader responsible for developing target audience insights, strategically positioning our media and data offerings, growing market awareness, and building a scalable channel strategy across paid and owned media. This role will also oversee the creation of all sales collateral, creative assets, and content calendar management. Responsibilities + Define the vision and marketing strategies using industry, advertiser, and customer insights that drive achievement of our one-, three-, and five-year goals. + Identify target markets, analyze the competitive landscape, and craft differentiated value propositions that clearly position MediaLabs. + Oversee the brand's look, feel, tone, and messaging across all channels, creative executions, and sales collateral. + Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar encompassing event promotion, social amplification, thought leadership (case studies, white papers, research), and other lead-nurture initiatives. + Serve as the primary marketing liaison with cornerstone partners (Amazon, Google, Meta, The Trade Desk, and Axiom/IPG), leading communications planning and joint events. + Continuously evolve channel capabilities by embracing modern marketing approaches and delivering best-in-class experiences. + Lead the creation of the learning agenda and testing roadmap in partnership with the Product and Sales teams. + Define requirements and scopes in collaboration with technical partners to deliver timely solutions that balance MVP delivery with long-term scalability. Qualifications + Bachelor's degree or higher required. + Minimum of 15 years in a Go-To-Market (GTM) marketing role, with media and/or data experience a must. + Achieved success in growing early-stage businesses. + Possesses deep knowledge of the media and agency landscape, with a technical understanding of programmatic media and DSP capabilities. + Spearheaded complex innovation initiatives from concept through deployment. + Adept at understanding dynamic organizational interdependencies and developing project plans to navigate them. + Demonstrates a customer-first mentality capable of bringing an outside-in perspective when problem-solving. + Compelling storyteller who can create a vision, build excitement, and bring people along on the journey. + Excels at distilling and communicating complex concepts in understandable, relatable, and executive-friendly ways. + A self-starter who sees ambiguity as an opportunity. + Masterful at analyzing diverse data sets to develop insights and support business cases. + Exhibits a strong results orientation and decision-making skills. + Proven leadership in building and developing nascent GTM teams, evolving strategies/roles as the team grows, and unblocking critical success areas. + Ability to craft insights-backed narratives to support strategic sales pitches; strong storyteller. + Comfortable regularly presenting to senior leaders for education, status updates, and reporting purposes. + Experienced working in complex organizations, partnering with other leaders on cross-functional dependencies.
