    Job Description

    A client in the aerospace and defense industry is looking to add a Project Manager to their team in Clifton, NJ. They will be responsible for managing the scope, budget, and schedule of large projects. The budget for these projects are under $5 million. They will be responsible for supporting projects surrounding HVAC, roofing and plumbing. They will also make request for proposals, estimating, and conduct waterfall project management (not agile). They will meet with stakeholders by answering questions and conducting weekly status reports. They will work with a team of 16 employees and conduct quality walk through to make sure the project is within budget and scope. The work schedule is 6:30 - 4 PM and they will have every other Friday off due to the 9/80 work schedule.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    High School Diploma

     

    8-10 years of experience in facilities or construction project management

     

    Microsoft Office experience MEP (Mechanical, electrical, plumbing)

     

    PMP or FMP or CFM
