Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Controls Schedular to support one of our large energy companies. This role involves monitoring and managing project performance and progress, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The main priority of this role is to create and manage detailed project timelines, coordinate resources, and ensure seamless project execution.
• Build and update project timelines using Primavera P6
• Track progress and adjust schedules as needed
• Identify delays and recommend solutions
• Help manage project risks and develop backup plans
• Work closely with project managers to report on progress
• Keep project records organized and compliant
• Work with vendors and subcontractors to secure needed services

Skills and Requirements
• 5-7+ years of scheduling support experience.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6
• Utilities, Manufacturing, or Construction background
• Open to working 20-40 hours a week • Bachelor’s degree in project management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
